Our client seeks a Business Analyst who will partner with Regulatory, Legal, Product, Operations, UX, and Technology teams to translate government and regulatory requirements into customer-facing and agent-facing business solutions. The role will analyze business processes, document requirements, design experiences, and support delivery of compliant technology solutions focused on customer experience, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Rate: $48.00 to $58.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Analyze new federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and assess business impacts.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for customer and agent-facing systems.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory obligations into actionable business requirements.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process documentation.
- Define customer journeys and agent workflows that support compliant and intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with UX designers to review wireframes, prototypes, and customer experience designs.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Technology teams throughout Agile development cycles.
- Support solution design discussions.
- Identify business process improvements that reduce operational complexity while maintaining compliance.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate implemented solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project delivery.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Telecommunications or cable industry experience preferred.
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance initiatives preferred.
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles preferred.
- Experience designing agent workflows and operational processes preferred.
- Familiarity with FCC regulations, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, or government programs preferred.
- CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
