Job Description

Badger State Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate for a full-time opportunity based in the Fox Valley. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse distribution processes. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Primary Duties:

Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to facilitate the movement of goods
Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems
Load and unload shipments, ensuring that all items are handled safely and securely
Conduct materials handling tasks while adhering to OSHA safety regulations
Assist in inventory management by performing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Proven experience in warehouse distribution with a strong understanding of order picking processes
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts
Experience with materials handling and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required
Knowledge of warehouse management systems to track inventory efficiently
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
