Your impact

• Translate ambitious requirements into robust power, analog, high‑voltage analog, mixed‑signal, and digital designs.
• Drive architecture, detailed analysis, worst‑case analysis, simulation, and PCB layout oversight to turn concepts into hardware.
• Lead first‑power‑on, verification, integration, and hands‑on troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, electronic loads, and more.
• Partner with systems, software, mechanical, test, and program management through proposals, feasibility studies, design, test, production, and sustainment.
• Elevate the team by mentoring early‑career engineers and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.

What you bring

• Depth in DC‑DC converter design and development, plus broader power conversion expertise.
• Proficiency with LTspice/PSpice and MATLAB/Simulink (or equivalents).
• Fluency in Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics (or equivalent) and experience overseeing board layout.
• Avionics and electrical/electronic systems background; skilled with schematics, PCB components and assembly, CAD, and equipment installation/wiring.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving chops and strong written/verbal communication.

Experience/Education

• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience; or Graduate Degree and at least 7 years related; or 13+ years related experience without a degree.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years relevant; Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years related; or 10+ years related experience without a degree.
• BSEE/MSEE preferred.

Essential functions

• Design circuits from the ground up—architecture through simulation and layout oversight.
• Execute bring‑up and detailed verification to ensure designs meet intent.
• Support production to achieve quality builds and on‑time deliveries.
