Public Safety and Compliance Staff

Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club (Tobyhanna, PA), is seeking experienced candidates for Public Safety and Compliance Staff positions. These are full time, year-round positions and require the ability to work evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain a visible presence across the property at all times

* Ensure that all buildings and amenities are locked and secure at night

* Enforcement and compliance with governing documents and building codes

* Enforcement of all community rules

Qualifications:

* Prior community based Public Safety or enforcement/community compliance is preferred.

* High level customer service, communication, and problem solving skills

* Candidate must be responsive and have the ability to work independently.

* Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
