Warehouse Materials Flow Specialist

Day in the Life — Hayward, CA

Step into our Hayward facility and take ownership of how materials move. You’ll be the steady hand behind receiving, staging, tracking, and shipping the products that keep our operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

1. Start your shift by receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and products.
2. Transport items to the right locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
3. Keep inventory records accurate and support routine stock audits.
4. Prepare outbound materials: package securely, label correctly, and stage for pickup.
5. Partner with teammates to streamline workflow and improve processes.
6. Champion safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
7. Jump in to load and unload trucks whenever needed.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in warehousing or material handling is a plus.
• Comfort operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong eye for detail and excellent organizational habits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle regular physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory systems.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
