This position is for someone who:

What Youll Be Responsible For
Delivering a high-energy, welcoming guest experience
Booking appointments strategically to maximize the schedule
Driving rebooking and filling gaps in the day
Reaching out to clients (waitlist / no walk-in list) to generate business
Recommending retail and service upgrades
Keeping the front desk organized, accurate, and efficient
Who You Are
Outgoing, talkative, and confident with people
Naturally persuasive (you can recommend without feeling salesy)
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask under pressure without getting overwhelmed
Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience in retail, hospitality, or salon/spa
Comfortable hitting goals (rebooking %, retail, booking)
Strong phone and communication skills

Day Shift 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday.
Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as we expand (including Mondays)
