Human Resources
Position Summary
This role oversees the complete employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation administration, training, employee relations, and offboarding. The HR partners closely with leadership to develop processes, policies, and programs that support a high-performing and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, project management, sales, and administrative positions.
- Manage hiring workflows, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting.
- Develop relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and professional networks.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and career paths.
- Support workforce planning with department managers and executives.
- Improve hiring processes to reduce time-to-fill and increase candidate quality.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are productive quickly.
- Coordinate provisioning of accounts, equipment, training, and documentation.
- Maintain employee files and onboarding records.
- Oversee offboarding activities, including:
- System access removal
- Asset recovery
- Benefits and payroll coordination
- Knowledge transfer
- Exit interviews
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Address workplace concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and company culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
- Support recognition and retention programs.
Performance Management
- Manage employee performance review processes.
- Assist managers with goal setting and employee development plans.
- Support corrective action documentation when necessary.
- Track performance metrics and workforce trends.
Training & Professional Development
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Manage learning and certification initiatives for technical and non-technical staff.
- Develop onboarding, compliance, and leadership training programs.
- Track employee certifications and training completion.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage HR records and confidential employee information.
- Support audits and compliance reporting requirements.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee lifecycle documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Support payroll processing and compensation changes.
- Analyze compensation data and market benchmarks.
- Assist leadership with salary planning and workforce budgeting.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Administer HR-related systems.
- Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Track key HR metrics, including:
- Headcount
- Turnover
- Retention
- Recruiting effectiveness
- Training completion
- Time-to-fill
- Generate reports for executive leadership.
Organizational Development
- Support company growth initiatives and organizational planning.
- Develop scalable HR processes and workflows.
- Partner with leadership on succession planning and workforce development.
- Help build a high-performance culture aligned with YAS Networks' values and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience with increasing responsibility.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Paychex, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience in technology, professional services, managed services, IT consulting, or network infrastructure industries.
- Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics and HR reporting.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- The HR will also play a key role in building scalable HR systems and supporting organizational growth in a fast-paced technology services environment.
- The Human Resources is responsible for leading all HR operations at YAS Networks, supporting the company's growth through strategic recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and workforce development.
