In-house Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team at Frisbees, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD. As an in-house accountant, you will play a key role in our company's financial health. Key Responsibilities of our Accounting Team:

• Involvement in all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
• Reconciling bank and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance
• Compute and process weekly payroll

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work individually or in a team environment to meet tight deadlines. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role as you will be working with financial data daily.

Salary: $70,000+ (depending on qualifications and experience).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Two years of relevant hands-on experience (Construction Accounting is a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
