Day to day, that means running skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living, collecting session data and tracking real measurable progress, partnering with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life, and documenting sessions clearly and professionally.

What Makes This Role Different

A BCBA who actually shows up for you, clear goals, regular coaching, and genuine clinical support Consistent 1:1 work. Not a revolving door of clients Paid from day one, including internship positions Room to grow whether you're pursuing RBT certification or building toward BCBA, we invest in your development

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to have years of experience, you have to care, show up, and be coachable.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working in a family's home

Preferred:
