Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the inventory management system.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
