As Assistant Branch Manager, you'll partner with the Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations while inspiring a high-performing team.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Support daily branch operations, balancing, and compliance.
• Assist members with loans, new accounts, and financial solutions.
• Help grow the branch through exceptional member service.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
• Monitor branch performance and employee development.
• Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Build relationships within the community while representing North Star.

• Leads by example and enjoys developing others.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Builds trust through exceptional communication.
• Takes initiative and solves problems.
• Is committed to helping members and teammates succeed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of leadership, banking, retail, or customer service experience.
• Lending and financial services experience is a plus.
