Position Overview:

The Aerospace Stockroom Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing materials, and supporting production operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring aerospace parts and materials are available when needed to keep production moving efficiently.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and distribute aerospace parts and materials
• Pick and stage materials for production and shipping
• ✔️Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Use computer systems to track inventory transactions and material movement
• ️Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• ⚠️Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
• Work closely with production teams to support daily operations

Physical Requirements

• ✔️Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• ✔️Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• ✔️Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• ✔️Ability to handle materials and inventory safely and efficiently
• ✔️Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

️Work Environment

• Aerospace manufacturing and warehouse setting
• ️Non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to heat, cold, and humidity
• Active position requiring movement throughout the workday
• Exposure to moderate warehouse and production noise
• Frequent handling of aerospace parts and materials

Qualifications

• ✅Previous stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
