Job Description
Step into a hands-on leadership role where your day starts on the floor and your impact is felt across the line. As the Manufacturing Value Stream Leader for our Converting and Extrusion areas, you will plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to keep safety first, quality precise, and schedules on track—while elevating people and processes every shift.
A Day in the LifeYou begin with a Daily GEMBA walk, engaging with operators and supervisors, removing roadblocks, and setting priorities. You conduct targeted audits for Standard Work, Housekeeping, and Roll Scanning, then huddle on results and actions. Midday, you review shift scorecards (posted twice monthly), align overtime needs, and verify SABA safety training completion. You’ll be on the floor supporting the shift supervisor to boost uptime, then move to metrics and budget reviews—turning data into plans that advance service, quality, and cost performance. Throughout, you’re coaching, hiring to close staffing gaps, and ensuring environmentally compliant, clean, and orderly operations.

- Oversee materials and inventory.
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to corporate leadership.
