The shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Boulder, CO, with a $60,000–$80,000 salary based on experience.

The Service Advisor will manage customer communication, repair orders, estimates, approvals, and workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate recommended services
• Coordinate repair workflow between customers and technicians
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results and clearly present findings to customers
• Prepare and manage estimates, customer approvals, and follow-up communication
• Maintain clear, accurate, and organized repair-order documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven automotive service sales ability and experience building customer trust
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred, but not required
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced service team
