Bilingual HR/Staffing Assistant

Job duties consist of but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service to all visitors (applicants, active associates, and clients)
• Assist all new applicants with online applications
• Build and maintain applicant and associate relationships
• Fully process and orientate all new hires
• Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner
• Maintain daily traffic logs
• Ensure all pertinent information is entered accurately and on a daily basis
• Assist the recruiting team with bringing in traffic and filling open orders
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
• Computer knowledge is a MUST (Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing)

***Please note that this office is very busy and does require the ability to multi-task and all while providing a very pleasant personality***

Schedule: Flexibility is a MUST!

Monday - Thursday will be 8AM - 5PM and Saturday will either be 545AM - 12PM or 12PM - 615PM (will explain during interview process). Off days will be Friday and Sunday once training is complete. During training, schedule will be Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. Possibility of transitioning into a 2nd shift schedule based on business needs.
