Must have experience multi-tasking, eagerly and accurately answer and take action on requested by callers in a high-volume, in-bound telephone setting, relay medical messages to clinical staff in the EMR, escalate calls, and perform multi-schedule patient check-in and check-out responsibilities.  As the voice and first face of the practice candidates must possess standard English usage and wear professional or scrub attire.
