Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for a Community Relations Associate. This position is essential in building strong community partnerships, strengthening donor and auxiliary involvement, and guiding volunteer-led initiatives that directly benefit the families they serve. You’ll act as a strategic connector, ensuring every outreach effort is cohesive, meaningful, and aligned with the mission. Requirements:
- Two to five years of experience in community engagement, development, and volunteer management
- Demonstrated success in cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors, volunteers and community partners
- Experience managing volunteer-driven operations or facilities-related projects strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
