Job Description
Marathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. If you have CNC experience and take pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Salisbury, NC
MUST HAVE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE!!
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime: Available
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)
Opportunity: Temp-to-hire
What you’ll do:
- Follow the production schedule to meet demand
- Set up machines according to established specifications
- Load and unload materials
- Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards
- Clean the production area and assigned equipment
- Notify a supervisor of any issues
- Complete assigned tasks and projects
- Support safety and compliance with company procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- MUST have CNC Machine Operator experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation (position is in Salisbury, NC)
