Team Member for Night shift 530pm-10pm

RESPONSIBILITIES Include:

Work experience in a Ice Cream Shop is preferred but not required.

An ice cream team member's job involves customer service, preparing and serving ice cream orders like scoops, sundaes, and milkshakes, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store. Responsibilities also include handling payments, greeting customers, and performing opening and closing duties. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Core responsibilities:

• Customer service: 

  Greet customers, provide samples, answer questions about flavors, take orders, and resolve any issues or complaints. 

• Order preparation: 

  Scoop ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other specialty desserts according to customer requests. 

• Point of Sale (POS) operations: 

  Accurately process cash and credit card payments for customer orders. 

• Store maintenance: 

  Keep the store clean and organized, including wiping down tables and counters, cleaning dipping cabinets, and performing opening/closing tasks. 

• Stocking and inventory: 

  Restock ice cream, cones, toppings, and other supplies. Notify management of any stock or quality concerns. 

• Food safety: 

  Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe

• Ability to handle responsibility.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°ree; F to -10°ree; F.
• Have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.
• Be willing to take coaching, learn the brand, and apply what you learn from shift to shift.
