What We Offer

• $25/hour as a W-2 employee (taxes handled)
• Share of tips on every job through a transparent tip pool
• Guaranteed raises: +$1/hour after 12 months and another +$1/hour after 24 months

What You'll Do

• Safely load, unload, pack, and transport household and commercial items
• Protect customers' furniture and property with care and professionalism
• Drive company trucks when assigned
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every move
• Work efficiently with your team while maintaining a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (drivers preferred)
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Moving experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
