Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across multiple sites, including exam rooms and breakrooms. This role requires frequent travel between locations and operates independently during an evening shift from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Reporting directly to the hiring manager, the custodian ensures a sanitary and safe environment through expert cleaning and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuming
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
• Sanitize restrooms and maintain hygiene standards
• Dust and clean surfaces in exam rooms and breakrooms
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
• Travel between multiple job sites as required
• Work independently while reporting to the hiring manager

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in custodial services

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Understanding of safety procedures
• Excellent attention to detail in cleaning
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Effective communication skills
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
