Job Description
We are seeking experienced Pipefitters to join our team for new commercial construction projects. The Pipefitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools, power tools, and pipe-bending machines.
- Assemble and install piping systems for HVAC, plumbing, and industrial applications in new commercial buildings.
- Install supports, hangers, and brackets to secure piping systems.
- Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other testing equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other trades (welders, plumbers, HVAC technicians) to ensure proper integration.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and repair piping systems as needed during construction phases.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a pipefitter in commercial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using pipefitting tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of materials such as steel, copper, PVC, and other piping components.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, bending, climbing).
- OSHA 10 or 30
