Breakfast line Cook

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in preparing delicious breakfast items during our busy weekday and weekend morning service periods, working alongside a medium-sized team of 4-6 cooks. The role primarily involves using a flat-top grill to deliver quality dishes efficiently. Opportunities for advancement and cross-training are available through ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast menu items accurately and efficiently on the flat-top grill
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line station
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food preparation during peak morning hours
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment when needed
• Participate in training sessions for skill development and cross-training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in line cooking
