Human Resources Generalist

We are a leading global manufacturer serving the healthcare industry with high-quality medical supplies, surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment, and healthcare technologies trusted by hospitals, laboratories, physician practices, and healthcare systems worldwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support employees throughout every stage of their career.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders and employees across the organization, providing day-to-day HR support while helping drive recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees by answering questions related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR programs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation through employee relations and offboarding.
  • Coordinate employee training, professional development, and compliance programs.
  • Develop and support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and confidential.
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with employment laws and company standards.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and workplace issues.
  • Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of Human Resources or administrative experience (internships will be considered).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
