Job Summary

We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate with Forklift experience for an international manufacturing company in Fort Myers, FL. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting the production of fuel filtration systems and related components.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and safely operating forklifts. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments according to customer specifications.
• Process shipping paperwork including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate shipments with freight carriers, UPS, FedEx, and other transportation providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely load and unload trucks.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
