This position is responsible for painting parts and units, ensuring proper product flow through the paint process, and maintaining quality standards to meet production and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Paint parts and units according to production specifications and quality standards
• Load products onto paint conveyor systems or assist with proper loading sequence
• Ensure correct part flow and product handling throughout the paint process
• Inspect painted parts for quality, coverage, and defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial painting or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
