Known for our carefully curated collection of books, gifts, home décor, art, and specialty treasures, we’re also proud to host celebrity book signings and exclusive in-store events that draw locals, visitors, and high-profile clientele alike.
We’re seeking highly motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering an elevated luxury shopping experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is energized by connecting with people, confidently recommending products, and creating loyal clients through exceptional service.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively greet and engage every customer, creating a warm and memorable luxury shopping experience.
- Build genuine relationships with clients that foster repeat business and long term loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products that enhance their shopping experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
- Develop extensive knowledge of our books, gifts, art, home décor, featured artists, and exclusive collections.
- Confidently cross-sell and upsell products to maximize every sales opportunity.
- Represent the Just Fabulous brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and polished communication.
- Deliver outstanding service during exclusive in store events and celebrity book signings.
- Support daily store operations while maintaining a polished, luxury retail environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute positively to the success of the team.

What We’re Looking For
- A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for selling and building customer relationships.
- A proactive salesperson who enjoys initiating conversations and creating meaningful client connections.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to confidently ask for the sale.
- A proven track record in sales, luxury retail, boutique retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused sales environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations.
- The ability to quickly learn detailed product knowledge and translate it into compelling recommendations.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

- Shifts typically range from 3 to 8 hours, depending on business needs.
- Hours are scheduled based on business needs, availability, and individual performance.
