About the Role

Kablotsky Internal Medicine (a Mass General Brigham affiliate) is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient-centered practice in Hudson, MA. This position offers the opportunity to care for patients within our physicians' panels while working as part of a supportive team of PAs, NPs, DNPs, and two physicians. Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Practice with a high degree of autonomy, applying evidence-based decision-making and strong clinical judgment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care.
Utilize AI-assisted documentation and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Participate in care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in a shared call coverage rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Foster a collegial, respectful, and supportive team environment.

Practice Environment

Team model: Integrated group of PAs, NPs, and DNPs caring for our physicians' panels under MD supervision.
Clinical support: An experienced, well-staffed medical assistant team supporting all clinicians, plus administrative staff and on-site lab services.
Technology: Epic, with AI-powered documentation tools to optimize time and work-life balance.
Education: Weekly didactic session led by our physicians, covering clinical topics and case review.

Qualifications

Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) and Massachusetts Physician Assistant licensure.
DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration, or eligibility to obtain both.
Primary care experience preferred. Motivated new graduates will be considered.
Proven ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
Exceptional communication and clinical reasoning skills.
