Compensation: 1st shift $85,000-$100,000 annually – paid weekly | 2nd shift $85,000-110,000
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM-1:30 AM | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days)

- Oversee daily production activities during the shift and ensure production goals are met
- Lead, coach, and motivate production employees in a manufacturing environment
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal, or related manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and work in a manufacturing setting
- Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled shift
