What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in billing, client accounting, collections, or financial operations, preferably within a law firm or professional services setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams
- Familiarity with financial management systems; knowledge of Aderant (Classic, Expert, and Bill Blast) is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships at all organization levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information

- Experience working with electronic billing and rate management systems

Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Business)
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with prior leadership responsibilities in billing or client accounting
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work schedule with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday in Seattle, allowing remote flexibility on Monday and Friday
- Prior experience with law firm billing environments is highly desirable
