What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and quickly resolve any concerns.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team while fostering a positive culture.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Support sales growth while helping the restaurant achieve operational and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost controls.
- Comfortable using POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with confidence.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
