Work Location: In person

\nCompany Description

For the past six years, Spectrum of Grace has served children and families as an ABA clinic. During that time, we've seen many students struggle with the transition into traditional school settings, often losing progress they worked so hard to achieve. We believe every child deserves an educational environment where they can continue to thrive both academically and developmentally.

This calling has led us to establish a microschool designed specifically to meet those needs. Our inaugural class will consist of just 6–10 students, allowing us to provide individualized instruction and meaningful support for every child.

As a teacher, you will be supported by a collaborative team that includes two additional administrators, a dedicated teacher's assistant in the classroom at all times, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) available to provide behavioral support when needed. Our goal is not only to help our students succeed but also to ensure our teachers have the resources, teamwork, and encouragement they need to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
We appreciate your interest in becoming part of the Spectrum of Grace family and look forward to learning more about you.
