Retail Sales Associate

Looking for a friendly female, reliable, and outgoing to join our boutique! Weekend availability is a must, as most shifts are on Saturdays and Sundays. Retail experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person. If you love fashion, enjoy chatting with customers, and want a fun, laid-back work environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, accurately handling customer transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including straightening displays, and ensuring fitting rooms and common areas remain tidy.
• Assist in merchandising and visual display efforts to keep the boutique looking fresh and inviting.
• Support inventory management, including unpacking and tagging new merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions as well as knowledge of the different brands carried at Maisons to better assist customers.

Boutique owned by two sisters! We have two locations located in New Jersey and Virginia!
