- Extensive knowledge of patient care practices, medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to nursing practice.
- Experience working within hospital environments or long-term care facilities with familiarity of hospital protocols and acute care procedures.
- Skilled in EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical records management and electronic health records oversight.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ability to interpret medical documentation accurately and perform data analysis to support quality improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of state healthcare regulations governing IHSS services and long-term care operations.
- Demonstrated leadership in nursing or healthcare management roles with a focus on administrative clinical supervision.
