We are pleased to recruit for a company whose corporate purpose is to create chemistry for a sustainable future and has been doing so for 150 years. Their portfolio ranges from chemicals, plastics, performance products and crop protection products to oil and gas. Their products and solutions contribute to conserving resources, ensuring nutrition and improving quality of life. Our client is expanding and seeking an Accounting Clerk in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities:

·        Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements and maintaining data within the financial/accounting system.

·        Processes and codes billing and payroll.

·        Prepares and verifies financial reports.

·        Performs general bookkeeping tasks as needed.

·        Position may assist in invoice processing.

·        Capital Projects team looking for support entering project details into SAP, creating POs, and troubleshooting SAP issues.

·        Complete financial reports within SAP, Create Capital Projects within SAP (AFE creation and WBS set up, TC Coding)

·        Assist in setting up Purchase Orders in SAP and perform necessary troubleshooting

Requirements:

·        Experience with Creating Capital Projects within SAP (AFE creation and WBS set up, TC Coding), assist in setting up Purchase Orders in SAP.

·        Coding, invoice creation, setup POs

·        Microsoft proficiency, including excel

·        SAP and report preparation experience

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Location: Spring, TX 77389

Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $22.00 – 23.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; Days, No OT

Length of Assignment: Contract - Hire
