What’s The Job?

Asahi/America is looking for an organized and customer-focused Tool Rental Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of our tool rental program. In this hourly position, you'll coordinate tool rentals, maintain accurate records, track inventory, and ensure our field teams and customers have the equipment they need when they need it. If you enjoy being organized, solving problems, and working with people across multiple departments, this is a great opportunity to build a career in manufacturing operations.

What You Will Own.

You'll manage the complete tool rental process by coordinating reservations, preparing rental agreements, issuing and receiving tools, and maintaining accurate rental and maintenance records. You'll monitor inventory levels, schedule tool inspections, calibration, and repairs, and work with vendors and internal teams to keep equipment available and in excellent condition. You'll also maintain data in our ERP system, generate reports, assist with billing, and help resolve issues related to missing, damaged, or overdue tools. Your attention to detail will help keep projects on schedule and our customers supported.

What Separates You From The Rest.

You're organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers, and aren't afraid to take ownership of a problem until it's resolved. Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, inventory management, or warehouse operations is a plus. Familiarity with tools, shop environments, machining, or manufacturing is helpful, but your ability to stay organized, learn quickly, and provide outstanding support is what will make you successful.

Compensation Transparency.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour. Plus Bonus.

The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs. We review our ranges regularly to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
