Event Rental Delivery Driver and Setup Crew Member

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our event rental company as a Delivery Driver and Setup Crew Member. This position is responsible for loading, delivering, setting up, and picking up event rental equipment for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Job Responsibilities

·         Load and unload rental equipment, tables, chairs, tents, staging, and other event items.

·         Deliver equipment safely and on time to customer locations and event venues.

·         Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tents, displays, and related rental equipment.

·         Handle heavy loads safely and responsibly.

·         Climb ladders as needed for setup and installation work.

·         Operate a scissor lift safely when required.

·         Keep delivery vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

·         Follow company safety procedures and work well with coworkers, customers, and venue staff.

Requirements

·         Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.

·         Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items throughout the workday.

·         Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.

·         Experience operating a scissor lift is a plus; willingness to follow all safety training is required.

·         Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.

·         Must work well as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude with customers.

·         Availability for some weekends, evenings, or busy event-season schedules may be required.
