Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Location: Auburn, CA

Shift: M-F 7am to 3:30pm

Join our growing team as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Package and prepare orders for shipment.
• Create shipping labels and documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight providers.
• Track shipments and assist with delivery issues.
• Maintain inventory and shipping supplies.
• Keep the shipping area organized and efficient.
• Support purchasing and inventory functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and shipping software experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, aviation, regulated industries, inventory systems, or international shipping.
