Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Austin, IN

Pay Range: $15

Shift: Rotating schedule including hours from 5am to 5:30pm and 5pm to 5:30am

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor various production lines
• Ensure production lines are functioning properly and efficiently
• Load/Unload product onto production lines
• Perform quality checks to verify labels and product standards
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing required safety gear

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
