Penmac Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Production Technician positions with a growing production facility. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay, first-shift hours, and the potential for long-term career growth. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, handling materials, operating equipment, and following safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare, produce, and package blend materials.
Maintain blend equipment and warehouse cleanliness.
Screen, blend, and package a variety of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and allergenic substances.
Perform cleaning, blending, packaging, and material inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct routine maintenance on warehouse and manufacturing equipment.
Load and unload boxes and drums of material from vehicles.
Perform retention sampling on products in sterile conditions.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a sanitary work environment.
Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
Lift up to 55 pounds continuously and work with powder and liquid materials, including allergen products.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Follow directions and SOPs while working independently with minimal supervision.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Previous manufacturing and/or forklift experience preferred.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Willingness to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
Ability to wear a respirator in designated work areas.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.

Schedule

4th Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Monday – Sunday

Pay

$18.27 per hour
Shift differential included

Employer provides rubber boots, lab coat, hair net, beard net, hard hat, and additional PPE
