Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Electric Assembler to join their growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical and mechanical components used in custom-built equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation to ensure accurate product assembly.
- Measure, cut, strip, tin, and terminate wire and cable assemblies.
- Perform soldering and install connectors, heat shrink, insulation, wire loom, and other protective materials.
- Build and assemble finished products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Conduct functional and quality testing using electrical test equipment to verify product performance.
- Identify and report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
- Mark or label completed components with serial numbers or identification as required.
- Clean and prepare parts and completed assemblies before final inspection or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
- Assist with additional assembly or production tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings, or the willingness to learn.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment and moving machinery.
- Moderate to loud noise levels throughout the facility.
- Safety equipment may be required depending on the work area.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Regular use of hands for fine motor tasks, wiring, and assembly work.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
