Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator/Warehouse Loader to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for accurately loading and unloading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload route delivery trucks with the correct products and equipment.
• Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive accurate product loads.
• Operate a forklift and manually handle products as needed.
• Input product movements into the inventory management system.
• Participate in daily inventory activities, including cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Park route delivery trucks in designated facility locations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain forklift certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments and all weather conditions.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, extended hours, and weekends when needed.
• Must be able to safely lift and move products and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
