Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description:
Savvy Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with soldering experience or those looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, enjoys working with small components, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Hand solder electronic components and wiring assemblies.
- Assemble electromechanical products using hand tools and production equipment.
- Follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing procedures.
- Test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or rework assemblies as needed.
- Report assembly issues to the production supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous soldering experience or soldering training preferred.
- Ability to pass an internal soldering certification.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to assemble small, detailed components accurately.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and wiring diagrams.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing assembly work.
- Perform repetitive hand assembly and soldering tasks.
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Good visual acuity for inspecting small components and finished products.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to heat, dust, and other industrial conditions.
