Assembler | 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Goodyear, AZ 85395

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 1:45 PM to 11:45 PM

We are seeking detail oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will assemble product components using hand tools, inspect finished products for quality, and help maintain a safe and organized production environment. Responsibilities

• Assemble product components using hand tools and fixtures according to work instructions.
• Visually inspect products for defects such as scratches, dents, or misaligned components.
• Use a computer to follow production schedules, access work instructions, scan parts, and update inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions including bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Compensation

1st Shift

• Temp Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Upon Hire: $23.85 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $24.35 per hour
• Overtime and quarterly bonuses available after hire

2nd Shift

• Temp Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Upon Hire: $24.35 per hour, increasing to $25.85 per hour after 30 days
• Overtime and quarterly bonuses available after hire
