CNA Certified

The CNA Certified provides essential patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs), supporting hygiene, mobility, and safety needs in a healthcare environment. This role involves close teamwork and accurate documentation to promote patient well-being and operational efficiency within a setting that follows rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene and personal care activities
• Support patient mobility and positioning
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and care details
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team members
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during care delivery
• Follow protocols under RN supervision
• Adhere to rotating shift schedules to ensure continuous patient support

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of patient care experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with patient care and vital signs monitoring
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong empathy and teamwork skills
