We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Rexburg, Idaho. Our practice specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine, and we value clinicians who are committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Pelvic floor experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to consider candidates who are interested in expanding their skills in this area.
Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate, we're looking for someone who enjoys building strong patient relationships and helping people return to the activities they love.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans (PT) or implement treatment plans under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist (PTA).
- Treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions using evidence-based techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment or communicate recommendations as appropriate.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with our team to create an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
For PT Applicants:
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Current Idaho Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
For PTA Applicants:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Idaho PTA license (or eligibility for licensure).
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
- Pelvic floor rehabilitation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
