Manufacturing Assembler

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Assemblers to join its production team in Chanhassen, MN. In this hands-on role, you will assemble complex mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical products using work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Perform soldering, wiring, plumbing, piping, and component installation as required.
• Rework, repair, or reassemble products to meet production and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and testing throughout the assembly process.
• Package and prepare completed equipment for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Operate basic computer systems to complete work orders and production records.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with updating work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Follow ISO procedures, safety regulations, and clean manufacturing practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and process improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or production assembly experience.
• Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or electronic components.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of assembly techniques.
• Basic soldering experience preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing, piping, pneumatic, or electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read work instructions, wiring lists, and assembly diagrams.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.
