Electrical Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler

Pay: $20–$30/hr
Location: Meadville, PA
Schedule: Full-Time

We are looking for an Electrical Panel Builder to assemble and wire electrical control panels for industrial equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires basic knowledge of electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and basic ladder diagrams.
• Identify common electrical symbols and components.
• Mount electrical components onto control panels.
• Wire panels according to electrical prints.
• Work with components such as relays, contactors, terminal blocks, push buttons, switches, and sensors.
• Route, connect, and terminate wiring accurately.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble panels and equipment.
• Check completed work against prints for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic wiring issues as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic ability to read electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Ability to recognize common electrical symbols, including coils and NO/NC contacts.
• Previous electrical assembly, panel wiring, machine wiring, industrial electrical, or related experience.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Experience with 24VDC controls, PLCs, or industrial control systems is a plus but not required.
