Assembly Associate

The Assembly Associate plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling components, inspecting quality, within a collaborative small team environment. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and proficiency with electrical components and basic hand tools to ensure efficient and accurate assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to production plan
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Operate machines involved in the assembly process
• Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
• Utilize electrical hand tools and handle electrical components safely
• Collaborate effectively within small team settings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing assembly

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic machine operation skills
• Strong safety compliance awareness
• Attention to detail

• Hands-on experience
