Consulting Physical Therapist

The Consultant Physical Therapist position is responsible for meeting the physical therapy needs of a multi-handicapped student/client population.  This position reports to Special Education Director and/or Assistant Director of Education. This position also requires supervision of a Physical Therapy Assistant. It is per-diem position, dependent upon current staffing/student levels.  Hours of work are dependent upon coverage necessary.

Educational/Work History Requirements:

College degree required.

Has Massachusetts Physical Therapist licensure.

Have stamina and physical endurance for an exceedingly busy department and demanding responsibilities.

Must possess excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to function with minimal to moderate supervision.

The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a Residential Educational School and Adult Services Provider which is highly structured, innovative, and employs a consistent behavioral approach to education and treatment.
